MARC LURTON
A passionate and dedicated oenologist.
Marc is one of Dominique Lurton’s sons. An oenologist and international consultant, he crafts his wines with passion, drawing on his expertise and experience, and with deep respect for nature.
Marc Lurton is a qualified oenologist from the University of Bordeaux.
In 1980, he took over the management of Château Reynier and Château de Bouchet, which he modernized by reorganizing the cellars, installing a bottling line, and restoring underground quarries for aging wines in oak barrels, before founding Vignobles Marc & Agnès Lurton with his wife in 1996.
Together, they developed a sustainable approach, converting to organic farming in 2012. The vineyards have been certified organic since the 2022 vintage.
Marc and Agnès have also opened their cellars to visitors, promoting wine tourism in the Entre-deux-Mers region.
