Camarsac — its history, its legacy.
Son of Lucien Lurton, Thierry carries on the family tradition with both passion and modernity. At the head of Château de Camarsac since 1992, he works to preserve the authenticity of its terroir while guiding the estate toward innovation and sustainable viticulture.
In 1992, he took over the management of Château de Camarsac, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region. Alongside his wife Solange and their son Jean, Thierry has since worked to develop the estate with a vision that is both respectful of the terroir, open to innovation, and deeply committed to the environment.
Under his leadership, the château has obtained High Environmental Value (HVE) and ISO 14001 certifications, reflecting its commitment to sustainable viticulture.
